Sciessent is a global leader in environmentally safe textile treatments that help protect garments, maintain cleanliness, and promote comfort. With four core technologies, and others in development, Sciessent needed a way to tie together current technologies, and provide a solid foundation to launch new products–all under the Sciessent umbrella.


A unique logo and icon system was created by turning a letterform from each product name into an aspect of the technology it represented. This approach helps make the product attributes easier to understand and allows the system to scale as new products are introduced. In addition to the product identity system, Gilmour Craves helped reconcile Sciessent’s consumer and BtoB communication platform which included copywriting guidance and voice standards.
