For over 30 years Savoir-Faire has worked to bring the finest art and stationery supplies to North America. Think “Design Within Reach” for the fine art supply market. Every product line is selected either for longstanding tradition or as a premier manufacturer with innovative products and ideas. As with many companies that have been in business for decades, Savoir Faire’s marketing initiatives became one-off projects lacking a long-view to overall brand presentation and strategy.
Outcome
Gilmour Craves conducted a thorough audit of past and current marketing materials to determine what pieces were working and if there were any functional gaps in consumer-facing communications. Currently, Gilmour Craves develops all retail and consumer touchpoints from Savoir-Faire’s catalog website, social media campaigns, packaging, and point of purchase.
